Biography
Erin leads Park 49’s equity investment strategy, drawing on her extensive market expertise from JLL and her background driving investor relations and equity-raising efforts at several large-scale NYC developers. A Georgetown University graduate and fluent Mandarin speaker, she also serves as a registered representative at Peritus Capital, a strategic partner of Park 49. Erin combines a disciplined investment approach with sharp analytical insight to identify high-value real estate opportunities and align every transaction with long-term strategic objectives.
