Mutual Confidentiality Agreement
Both Parties are bound by the terms of the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement. As a precautionary measure, a member of the Park 49 team will separately transmit a confirmation email containing a record of the executed Agreement.
Important
Execution of this Mutual Confidentiality Agreement binds both Parties to the obligations of confidentiality and non-use as specified herein. This Agreement does not constitute an obligation to enter into the Transaction or any further binding agreement.
