Tom leads Park 49’s debt financing strategy, leveraging deep industry relationships to successfully place transactions with trusted capital partners. A CPA and alumnus of Fordham Business School, he draws on a strong background as a former banker at top U.S. financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan.
